These banks are cut and painted on order and take approximately two weeks to complete for shipment. Starting in September the wait times may be longer due to high volume of orders. You will receive an email with expected ship by date and an email upon shipment with the tracking number.
If you are ordering multiple banks, please contact us first, as we provide a discount when more than three banks are ordered at one time and shipping will be less per bank if all banks are sent to the same address.

Purchase can be cancelled with a full refund within 3 days of purchase.
Banks personalized with names cannot be returned unless name is incorrectly spelled. Banks damaged in shipment are required to be returned for repair or recut. Customer will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Other circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis per communication with seller.
